New York, Oxford University Press, 1976.                                                                                                      Foner discusses Paine&#8217;s radicalism during the American revolution, describing how he changed everyone&#8217;s view of democracy. Foner connects Paine&#8217;s ideas to a lot of the political changes of the era. The book is beneficial to uncover how Paine shaped America and Europe with revitalized ideas on how a government should be run. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keane, John. <em>Tom Paine : A Political Life<\/em>. New York, Grove Press, 2003.                                                                                  Keane writes about Thomas Paine&#8217;s Biography, specifically his political philosophy. Highlighting Paine&#8217;s efforts with civil rights and gives credit to Paine for spreading democratic ideals. Keane also describes how Paine develop these ideas that went strictly against many customs and traditions of the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jack Fruchtman. <em>\u0098The\u009c Political Philosophy of Thomas Paine<\/em>. Editorial: Baltimore Johns Hopkins University Press Ann Arbor, Michigan Proquest, 2010.                                                          This book focuses on Thomas Paine&#8217;s thoughts on natural rights, government bodies, and social justice for individuals. Fruchtman utilizes Paine&#8217;s thoughts in the context of the revolutionary period of the 18th century.
